Let’s be perfectly clear: In an Artisan Studio, the designs created and offered for sale are usually Copyright and Trademark protected. IF designs are created through AI, there can be no right to claim them as “Original”, nor will they incorporate the personality of the Artist creating them.
Our Designs originate in our minds, seeing jewelry in living color, fully completed in 3D so I can turn it around and see front, sides and back. We rarely sketch designs on paper, drawing directly on my sheet metal prior to sawing the designs. We have Hallmark Stamps that we use either stamped in the metal or a soldered Hallmark emblem.
